Fairoaks House: Bespoke new-build home

When our clients purchased the plot, a small, dilapidated bungalow sat on the site. Planning permission and building regulation consents were obtained for a large family house to be built in its place.

The design is efficient with minimal space used for circulation and there is not a single piece of steel structure in the whole building. This allowed the square footage to be maximised while still creating interesting, internal, double height spaces lit from above.

Upon completion an award was won for Design & Craftsmanship.
