OAKWOOD: Complete reworking and makeover

Oakwood was a tired mid-20th century house and it was our job to bring it into the 21st century. The original building had everything in the wrong place and was decidedly pokey. A large two-storey extension and significant structural remodelling was required.

We were recommended by the estate agent to help with the budget and to create ideas to extend and remodel this premises with potential. We in turn recommended Helyer Davis Archictects who gained planning permission for the transformational design.

It was helpful to have input and support from clients Rupert and Mandy who managed all layout and finishing detail with us.

The result is a fantastic open plan space with stunning views of Goodwood from the kitchen and garden with additional live/work spaces.
