When Wessex Networks decided to move to larger premises, the IT firm contacted The Martin Sewell Building Company, knowing that they would bring their vision to fruition, on time and within budget.

In November 2015, having outgrown the offices where they had been based for eleven years, Andrew and business partner Richard earmarked premises at Farren Court in Cowfold, West Sussex for their expanding IT support and managed services company.

‘With twelve staff, we desperately needed more space,’ Andrew adds. ‘Although the size and location of the Cowfold building had appeal, it was dark, dated and needed completely re-jigging to create the bright, open plan, contemporary look we yearned for.’

Taking on board Wessex Networks’ requirements, MSBC managing director, Martin, advised about the project right from the outset.

‘Martin’s vast experience meant he could guide us on aspects that weren’t our forté,’ adds Andrew. For example, he recommended that the walls in the new, glazed meeting room were double-boarded to provide excellent sound-proofing.’

‘The entire two-storey building was virtually gutted and any hurdles were overcome with great ease,’ says Andrew. ‘The team was brilliant, taking real pride in their work. The attention to detail was superb and their efficiency meant we could move in sooner than anticipated.’

The result is an airy, welcoming and modern office that’s tailor made for this thriving company’s purposes.

‘We are delighted with the new premises,’ says Andrew. ‘I’m extremely grateful to the MSBC for making our transition so hassle-free.’
