Customer Feedback time!

It’s customer feedback time here at MSBC, below are some of the comments we received from our customers in our latest survey.

• Professional, knowledgeable, helpful. Good at dealing with problems and unexpected events. Skilled tradesmen. A little more expensive than some others but worth it for the quality.
• Everything happened according to plan and within agreed timescales. All to a very high standard.
• Professional, good systems in place. Take an intelligent interest and recommend changes/improvements as you go along e.g. re-using the back door to replace the garage door.
• Reliable, professional, responsive, pleasant to deal with.
• Always use top quality tradesmen. Nice people.
• Professional, expertise, reliability, attention to detail, quality of tradesmen used, sympathetic to customer requirements over change to the project as it progressed. Complete opposite end of the spectrum from cowboy builders. Good, honest expertise and customer focus.
