It's official we are GOLD!!

Last month we received our Investors in People assessment and we are delighted to share the news that the MSBC team received a Gold Standard Award.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.  It reflects the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry and the gold award is only given to the top 2 percentile of organisations assessed.

We feel incredibly proud of our team for this recognition from IIP that our values are deeply embedded throughout the organisation and that they drive our relationships with each other, our clients and our subcontract partners.

The team have worked hard to create a culture of trust and honesty across the company and give people opportunities to develop their skills and knowledge and progress their careers.  We have communicated our ambitions and plans for the future and the whole team has had an input into how to achieve the goals and ambitions.  As a result, people across the company understand their roles, responsibilities and feel empowered and motivated to be the best that they can be to ensure their individual and MSBC’s success.
